The handcrafted interior features a solid single-slab wooden counter, antique furnishings, and musical instruments, with the owner maintaining an easygoing, unobtrusive presence.

Drinks range from bespoke orders mixed to personal preference to concoctions highlighting seasonal fruit. Fresh apples or kumquats make appearances in carefully assembled recipes, while chilly evenings bring warm choices like Irish coffee or hot buttered rum cow.

The back bar carries an extensive lineup beyond whisky, including rums and fruit brandies, suited for lingering over casual fare like pizza toast or olive bruschetta. Open until 27:00 late into the night, the bar serves as a steady option for winding down at the end of the day.
